Ms QS Centre Limited is a quantity surveying firm whose main objective is to offer consultancy services in the fields of quantity surveying, building surveying and construction and project management. The firm is privately managed. The Directors, QS Dr. G. J. Kikwasi and QS Loyce P. K. Muzo, have gained wide experience in the construction industry over the last twenty years. Their experience covers offering pre–contract, post–contract and specialized quantity surveying services for various types of projects comprising residential, office and institutional buildings and infrastructure projects.

Additionally, it prepares tender and contract documents, advises on contracting methods and contractor selection, develops cash flow projections, evaluates tenders, and facilitates negotiations to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Post-Contract Services

The firm offers comprehensive post-contract services, including project cost control, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and preparation of interim valuations. It also handles valuation of variations, claims assessment, preparation of material schedules, final statements, and resolution of contractual disputes. Additionally, the firm provides contract administration and project management to ensure seamless execution and successful project completion.

Specialized Works

The firm provides specialized consulting services, including value engineering, arbitration, and comprehensive risk management encompassing planning, identification, assessment, analysis, and mitigation. Additionally, it offers maintenance management services such as specification development, condition surveys, work prioritization, cost estimation, work programming, and quality and cost control.
